Unfortunately, this is so sad but 90% of the time so true. Now with the GMO craziness, this is more true than ever. It seems we pay more money for worse quality food that is making us sicker as a society and individually.

It makes me want to go to a “Farmers Market” daily, and a real “butcher”. They are just so hard to find in certain big cities, even smaller cities too 😦
