My 4th of July Burger. The meat is fresh ground local Angus, seasoned with sea salt, coarse black pepper, nutmeg, chili powder, paprika, garlic, mesquite liquid smoke and then grilled. The rest: olive oil mayo, Dijon mustard, finely chopped onions, organic ketchup, extra sharp cheddar cheese. The nutmeg and liquid smoke make it tastes nice a hearty and earthy. I was extremely popular.
