At the family’s request I made a new batch of alfredo sauce and served it over Capanelle pasta – My Capanelle (floret) pasta with bacon, peas, onions, capers, homemade alfredo sauce, nutmeg, sea salt, coarse black pepper, red chili pepper flakes, parma cheese. Served with a wedge with crumbled blue cheese, chopped roma tomato, bacon bits, cracked pepper, sea salt, blue cheese dressing salad tonight.

I also served a romaine salad with avocado, jalapeño, blue cheese, blue cheese dressing, roma tomato, coarse sea salt, cracked pepper for me.
