They seriously need to look at their state laws. Then ‘We’ as a ‘One Nation’ need to look at our Constitution, Federal Laws, and State Laws. Our Constitution was written over 200 years ago, when things were totally different. Many state laws were most recently updated 50-100+ years ago. Times have changed, people have evolved, and oh yeah, there’s this new fangled thing called technology and the world wide web. In order to progress forward, we must learn from our past, let go of the failures and negativities,evolve, progress and pioneer forward, instead of clinging onto old laws governing a nonexistent lifestyle anymore.
