I am guilty of this many a time to friends, pals, loves, strangers. I am a giving person by nature. I have evolved to take better care of myself. I really have improved my entire life in making myself a priority, health wise, mentally, spiritually, mentally. I had to commit to saying “no” to others, when needed, and “yes” to me, when appropriate.
