I want to tell you folks I used my quick.ripen recipe for avocado. I wrapped a hard avacado medium in size in foil – skin and all, placed in oven on 250 degrees for 25 minutes and served. Beautiful in color and texture. Came out perfect. Great trickfor when you want avacado that day =)
My husband loved the avacado. Plus it adds a healthy fruit/vegetable/protein to the dish.
