My husband loves it when I make Beefy Mac N Cheese. I make it from scratch because I hate table salt, and there is a ton of it in the box version. Plus I like higher end ingredients as a whole. So, this is a good spin. It uses White Wine, Hot Sauce, Bay Leaf, Sauteed Onion and Garlic, Salt (my case Coarse Sea Salt), Pepper, Cream, and REAL CHEESE! I’ve never done it with White Wine (which we all know I love my Sauvingnon Blanc, or Pinot Grigio – dry, not sweet wines). The rest is kinda some of my various twist. Let me know how you make yours, or if you make this one. I’ll keep you posted. Think I’ll make this tomorrow, or at least this weekend.
