I tried to post this video but it is not pulling up, so here is the link – mind blowing. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02SwFfKK6YYk6vdMCbbcnDDsSpmcRQd2aYByAgdyAk8HJkmUVZQXcPDE7QVuopkHJ2l&id=100086002928176&mibextid=ZbWKwL

This lady was racist to a local street vendor. Telling them they need to pack it up and go back to Mexico in a very derogatory way.

Well, it was posted on Social Media, her neighborhood found out and called her out on it. It is pathetic racism even exist. After many attempts to reason with people consumed by venom and hate, this is the new response people are taking.

This is in response to the Karens, Kevins, Kens, Gregs, or Terrys of our new aggressive racist, bigoted, xenophobic culture. But, before we go there, let me give you the definition of these names as recently defined in slang and euphemisms.

What is the meaning of the word Karen?

What does Karen mean? Karen is a pejorative slang term for an obnoxious, angry, entitled, and often racist middle-aged white woman who uses her privilege to get her way or police other people’s behaviors.

Karen is a pejorative term used as slang for a middle-class white woman who is perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. The term is often portrayed in memes depicting middle-class white women who “use their white and class privilege to demand their own way”. Wikipedia

What is a Kevin?

BY LIZ SOMMER · PUBLISHED ON MAY 21, 2020

The male-counterpart to Karen, Kevin is an archetype of a white, straight, man over the age of 40 who acts selfishly and without compassion. Stereotypically, they are rude to people in customer service and are overtly entitled. Kevins are usually depicted as racist, homophobic, intolerant, ignorant, and short-tempered. A Kevin has a high chance of being a father to a Kyle.

So, lets start from the beginning in order to better explain how we got here.

It all started with BBQ Becky. But before she was re-birthed as a Karen, and before we all asked, “what is a Karen?,” and before she dripped in the amniotic fluid of internet shorthand, her name was Jennifer Schulte and she was a middle-aged white woman who called the police to report that a Black family was using a charcoal grill in a park where open fires were not allowed. Schulte dialed 911 several times over the course of a few hours, not because she was in any danger but because the family was doing something that she didn’t like (open fires turned out to be permitted, as though that matters). She wielded her privilege like a buzzsaw.

Once Twitter got wind of the events, Schulte was given a nom de guerre, one of a number of dismissive sobriquets for entitled white women who patrol people of color. BBQ Becky was one of a large supporting cast. She was followed by such figures as Permit Patty and Central Park Karen, each a riff on the theme of racist quasi-distress — the discomfort of the privileged mistaken for an emergency. While the popular Karen meme has come to make fun of a particular type of middle-aged white woman who demands to speak to the manager, she falls into this taxonomy as well. And, while less discussed, there is a male version of Karen. He’s Karen’s equivalent partner in quasi-distress and his name is Ken. Or Greg. Or sometimes Terry.

Now, where we are now…

People have grown tired of being bullying, and ignoring, or accepting of aggressive bigotry, hatred, racism, xenophobia directed at innocent people. Then adding insult to injury possibly being clumped together with group either by race, religion, politics, sex, wealth, or lack of, or what have you not, unwillingly. So, people are taking stances.

Perfect derrogatory examples:

All homeless people are lazy.

All homeless people are addicts.

People of color don’t belong here … (insert any race or nationality).

People of color are lazy, or stupid, or not as intelligent … (insert all colors, races, and nationalities).

You don’t deserve to make as much as me because you are … (insert all colors, race, sexuality, nationality, even sex – as in female, even age – elderly, younger, basically age discrimination).

Your religion doesn’t belong here … (insert any religion).

I don’t want your kind in my neighborhood … (insert any religion, color, race, nationality, sexuality).

You can’t be in my neighborhood because you bring down the value of my house … (insert any race, religion, nationality, sexuality, color, even age).

All Democrats are Liberals or Libtards.

There are simply too many to listen when it comes to the various types of hatreds that these Karens, Kevins, Kens, Gregs, Terrys, and their elk have, and aggressively exude. I would be remiss if I did not add MAGAs to this group as well. Some, would even say the new mindset of Republicans as a whole.

However, in creating these slang names, acronyms, titles, and what have you not, there are many who have grouped all people into these names.

Perfect examples of generalizations on the other side:

All White (Caucasian), middle aged people, or older, are Karens, Kens, and etc.

All Republicans are MAGAs.

All Christians are MAGAs or Republicans.

Only Whites (Caucasians) are Racists, Bigots, Xenophobics, Karens, Kens, Kevins, Terrys, Gregs

All wealthy people think they are above it all, or are tone deaf.

This simply is not the case at all.

So, people tired of seeing injustices based upon unfounded hated, are standing up. Recognizing they do not want to be represented in such a manner. Showing that they find the other parties behavior deplorable, and unacceptable.

It is to be remembered this standing up to bullying is happening across all the communities. I believe people have just had enough. Enough obnoxious, rude, bullshit behavior, and attitude. We don’t want THAT in our neighborhoods, or lives. We dont want THAT to represent US. So we are putting people on blast, collectively.

It was simply a matter of time when you started seeing more of us standing up for decency, integrity, and true human values. It is simply in our nature. We can only tolerate so much, to where enough truly is enough.

Tell me what you think. Sending so much love out to the The Universe.

Namaste
