And with such fever, as to threaten PHYSICAL ASSUALT, and VIOLENCE!!! Where are these kids learning this??? I mean hate, especially to a point of physical violence, is a taught behavior.
So… Where are kids, and young adults learning this mindset??? School? Home? Media? Peers? Who is teaching this mindset??? Educators? Parents? Peers? Media? Leaders? Why are they teaching this mindset??? What is to be gained? Who is benefitting from this? And… How? How the hell does anyone benefit from such venom and hate? Just as importantly… How the hell is this acceptable at ANY SCHOOL???!!!!
Freedom of Speech my ass! If you are threatening a Religious and/or Political group on U.S. soil, it is a Hate Crime. That is just flat out Domestic Terrorism! In my eyes Hate Crimes ARE DOMESTIC TERRORISM!
The F.B.I. defines Domestic Terrorism as such:
- FBI Domestic terrorism is a violent, criminal act committed by individuals or groups to further ideological goals. These goals can be political, religious, social, racial, or environmental.
Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! INSANE!!! BARBARIC!!! No better than the Hamas or other terrorists groups we do greatly condemn for their heinous acts against Humanity.

Calls for raping and killing Jewish students at Cornell bring police response, condemnation
Anti-Semitic threats posted to a Cornell University fraternity and sorority forum over the weekend, including to kill Jews on campus, have prompted a police response and intervention by the governor of New York.
At least one of the posts threatened a shooting of “pig jews” (sic) at Cornell’s Center for Jewish Living and kosher dining hall, according to the university’s Hillel chapter.
The postings are the latest in a series of incidents on college campuses across the nation since the start of the Israel-Hamas war , which followed the terrorist attacks on Oct. 7 that killed more than 1,400 people in Israel and resulted in more than 220 being kidnapped by Hamas and brought to the Gaza Strip.
“Earlier today, a series of horrendous, antisemitic messages threatening violence to our Jewish community and specifically naming 104 West — the home of the Center for Jewish Living — was posted on a website unaffiliated with Cornell,” Cornell President Martha E. Pollack said in a statement Sunday.
Pollack said the FBI had been informed of a potential hate crime, and that the Cornell University Police Department would remain at the Center for Jewish Living to ensure the safety of community members.
“Threats of violence are absolutely intolerable, and we will work to ensure that the person or people who posted them are punished to the full extent of the law,” Pollack said. “Our immediate focus is on keeping the community safe; we will continue to prioritize that.”
The threats were posted to Cornell’s Greekrank forums on Saturday and Sunday, according to the school newspaper, the Cornell Sun , which said some of the posts eventually were taken down.
The Sun said one post threatened to rape female Jewish students and behead Jewish babies in front of their parents. Another called for students to follow Jewish students home from campus and slit their throats.
Cornell Hillel, a center for Jewish life on campus, issued a statement condemning the threats and urging students to be cautious.
“At this time, we advise that students and staff avoid the (104 West!) building out of an abundance of caution,” the Hillel center said. “We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available. dining hall, as well as more generally toward Jewish students, faculty, and staff.”
On Monday morning, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul met with Jewish students on the Cornell campus, “who are showing incredible strength and unity in response to vile antisemitic threats.
“We have no tolerance for hate or violence, and I have directed @nyspolice to increase security on college campuses and across New York,” Hochul said in a series of messages on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Hochul was joined at a news conference at Cornell Monday morning by Pollack, state and local police and some Jewish students who live in the Center for Jewish Living, or CJL, attend services there or eat 104West!, its kosher dining hall.
“We will not tolerate threats or antisemitism or any kind of hatred that makes people feel vulnerable and exposes people and makes them feel insecure in a place where they should be enjoying their campus life, without fear that someone could cause them harm,” Hochul said.
If the perpetrators are found, she added, “They will be prosecuted. That is the message people across the state need to hear loud and clear. There will be no tolerance here in the State of New York.”
Hochul said state police already had increased security across New York college campuses after the Oct. 7 attack on Israel, and that the ramped-up security will continue in the following weeks.
Adin Moskowitz, one of the students at the news conference, said he visits the CJL every day for morning services and kosher meals. He described locking himself in his North Campus dormitory as the threats were unfolding, not knowing what was going to happen, according to a story in the Daily Sun .
“It was jarring and scary to see attacks directly towards a community center that is a home to me,” Moskowitz said. “I was not expecting something like this to happen here at Cornell.”
Another student who attended the press conference, Aaron Goldgewert ’27, said he goes to the CJL three times a day for prayers and eats most of his meals in the dining hall. He said was eating dinner at 104West! on Sunday evening when news of the threats broke, and described a frantic scene until campus police and the school president arrived.
Pollack and Vice President Ryan Lombardi “came to show support and leadership,” Goldgewert said, according to the Daily Sun story, and to answer questions from students.

What is a Hate Crime? Or Bias Crime?
A hate crime is a criminal act motivated by another person’s (usually the victim’s) race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. It is also called a bias crime. A hate crime can be a crime committed against a person, property, or society as a whole.
Hate crimes have been defined in detail in the Hate Crimes Act also known as the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, 18 U.S. Code § 249.
49 states and territories actually have codified hate crime laws; however, they vary. The California Penal Code §422.6(a) prohibits the interference of someone’s rights on the basis of a protected characteristic, as defined by law. Such hate crimes are punishable by a county jail sentence of up to a year and/or a fine of $5,000.
Now let’s go into detail about Hate Crimes and Domestic Terrorism. The reason why I am going into detail about what a Hate Crime and Domestic Terrorism are in the U.S.A. is because a lot of people, 1) don’t know what all they entail, 2) assume what they entail, and or, 3) don’t know they are evolving in definition, and have been modified, as people’s behaviors and actions have changed.
The U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division defines Hate Crimes as “acts of violence or threats of violence motivated by bias based on statutorily-protected characteristics. This includes acts of physical harm and specific criminal threats motivated by animus based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.” There are four federal statutes specifically for hate crimes, as well as a general conspiracy statute that is used in hate crimes prosecutions.
18 U.S.C. § 245. Federally protected activities—Prohibits intentional interference, by force or threat of force, with certain specified constitutional rights, where the interference is motivated by race, color, religion, or national origin. Activities protected under this law include (1) enrollment in a public school or college, (2) participation in programs administered or financed by any state, (3) federal and state employment and jury service, (4) interstate travel by common carrier, and (5) use of restaurants, lodging, gas stations, public entertainment facilities, and other establishments serving the public.
18 U.S.C. § 247. Damage to religious property—Prohibits damaging or destroying religious property because of its religious nature. Prohibits intentionally defacing, damaging, or destroying religious property because of the race, color, or ethnic characteristics of any individual associated with that property. Prohibits interference with religious exercise, without regard to race, if a connection with interstate commerce can be shown.
18 U.S.C. § 249. The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr., Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009—Prohibits willfully causing bodily injury, or attempting to cause bodily injury with a dangerous weapon, when the crime was committed because of (1) the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person, (2) the actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person and the crime affected interstate or foreign commerce, or (3) any of these characteristics (actual or perceived) if the crime occurred within federal special maritime and territorial jurisdiction.
42 U.S.C. § 3631. Criminal interference with right to fair housing—Prohibits forcible interference with any person in selling, purchasing, renting, financing, occupying, or contracting for any dwelling due to that person’s race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or family status.
18 U.S.C. § 241. Conspiracy against rights—Prohibits conspiracies to injure any person who is exercising rights or privileges protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. The statute has been applied to a variety of federal rights, including the right not to be deprived of life without due process of the law, the right to vote in a federal election, and the right to occupy housing free of racially motivated violence.
Hate crimes collected through the FBI Hate Crime Statistics Program (HCSP)
Through the HCSP, the FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program collects hate crime data on crimes that were motivated by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity. The categories of bias have changed over time, and now include 6 categories of bias motivation and 34 specific types of bias. Determining if an offender was motivated by bias can be difficult, and the FBI instructs reporting agencies to report bias “only if investigation reveals sufficient objective facts to lead a reasonable and prudent person to conclude that the offender’s actions were motivated, in whole or in part, by bias.”
As of January 1, 2021, the FBI National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) is the national standard by which law enforcement agencies submit crime data to the FBI. NIBRS agencies indicate whether an offense was motivated by an offender’s bias against the victim for each reported offense.

It should be noted that about a little less than a dozen States do not acknowledge ALL aspects recognized by the Federal Government as Hate Crimes.
The following chart shows State by State, which Hate Crimes are are criminally recognized and enforceable.

Now that we know what a Hate Crime is legally defined as, we now need to look at what Domestic Terrorism is exactly.

Now that we have a clear understanding of the U.S. Hate Crimes/Bias Crimes as defined by law, and Domestic Terrorism as defined by law we can have a true discussion.
These “Protests”, and “Rallys”, with “Calls for Violence” or “Calls for Intimidation”, against people based upon Race, Religion, Nationality, are not only Hate Crimes, but in many cases are flat out forms of Domestic Terrorism. It is no secret that The United States has a long history of known bigotry amongst it’s citizens. For which, most Americans are greatly ashamed and or embarrassed. These actions dating back to the beginning of our history as a country.
However, this is the first time that we have become so divided on bigotry expressed towards one of our Country’s allies. Not just a country. But, a race, nationality, and religion. This is the first time in my lifetime where I know many are experiencing International conflict brought directly to our door. Meaning, violence or threat of violence at homes, schools, businesses, and places of worship. This most definitely is new for us.
I truly am not certain how, or when this happened. It is almost like evil jumping out of your closet, coming to terrify you, your family, your friends, all you have ever known, out of the clear blue. There is definitely a feeling of being blindsided. Of feeling of “where the fuck did you come from”. The next feeling is wondering how bad is this going to get.
The scariest part is so many youth jumping on “sides”, inciting, and threatening harm, and violence, all while not learning about, or comprehending the actual issues at hand. Nor, the repercussions of their words, and most importantly actions. This ignorance, fed with hostile temperament, can easily lead to very real repercussions of history repeating itself. As if we have learned nothing from horrors of the past.
My question is when are we going to stop with the crazy train ride. Stop volunteering to incite, and invite chaos. Stop protecting ourselves towards self destruction? Oh, and when are we going to figure out endless violence solves ZERO!
