I haven’t posted a homemade smoothie recipe in a bit. So here is my new highly addictive one. Kinda reminds you of a spicy Caribbean creamy drink.

When you want to up your protein game and health. Tastes delish. Do ice and your sweetner (if any) to taste and preference. Enjoy.

I finished my Chia Seeds today. So I ordered a new seed blend. Super Seeds Blend for my smoothies and such. Good to add to homemade salad dressings, and yogurt too. I also ordered some super food stuff.

1 Banana med-lg
1 cup Greek Yogurt (I use Cherry, Peach, or Plain)
1 tblsp Tumeric
1 tblsp Cinnamon
1-2 tblsp Chia Seed (I will be using the new seed blend starting tomorrow)
1 cup 2% Lactose Free Milk
1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
1/2 -1 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 cup Fresh Pineapple
Sweetner (I use Stevia, can use local Honey – to taste)
Light ice (to preference)

Makes approximately 24oz
Approximately 600-700 cal total

Blend in blender til all smooth. I pour in tumbler, top with light ice. Delish! Feel like great the rest of the day.
