Flour free, super high protein brownies. I will definitely try these! I love a killer brownie. I usually add espresso powder and nuts to mine. Sometimes I even add dark chocolate chunks and sea salt flakes or coarse sea salt on top. These look awesome.

FETA CHEESE BROWNIES that are low-carb, low sugar, and high in protein! Perfect for helping hit your protein goals all while satisfying that chocolate craving!

Ingredients:
8 oz feta cheese
4 eggs
1 cup unsweetened red cocoa powder
1/2 cup of Bethany’s Pantry Cocoa DSP
1/2 cup coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
*option to add chocolate chips
Method:
Blend above ingredients until creamy, transfer batter into a lined bread pan. I used Our Place non-toxic ceramic one (code: DIGEST will save you some money!). Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy!

You can use whatever cocoa powder you like. He uses an organic cocoa powder.
Remember like any guide, a recipe is a guide, however, feel free to customize it to make your own. The key factors here is the high protein, and flourless. Also, super easy.

It is also should be noted that Tofu, is you are looking to be dairy free, would be a great substitute as well. Especially since you can find and use tofu in a variety of textures.
