I’m for the ban. It is too much info on Americans with a possibly hostel country to the U.S. There are other countries that have too.

I know a lot of people love their TikTok. Me personally, I am all for the ban. I think it is a danger to U.S. citizens and government.

But, we are not the only ones who feel this way.

Yes, many countries have banned or restricted TikTok, including the United States, Canada, and the European Union.

Countries with full bans:

Afghanistan: Banned TikTok to prevent the younger generation from being misled

India: Banned TikTok in 2020 after a border skirmish with China

Iran: Has a full ban on TikTok

Kyrgyzstan: Has a full ban on TikTok

Nepal: Banned TikTok in November 2023

Somalia: Banned TikTok over concerns about its role in spreading propaganda and extremist content

Governments have banned TikTok for a variety of reasons, including security concerns, privacy concerns, and concerns about spreading misinformation

So obviously there a serious reason to be concerned.
