Hello. I am so sorry I have not directly written in a bit. Between moving across country, and then the death of my beloved aunt/mom Veda, April 11th, my world has been upside down.

I am working on putting together the words to process all of these emotions. Then on top of all of this, I have several friends fighting for their lives because of cancer or something else. Then one of my best friends suffered a pulmonary embolism and almost died days ago. It has been rough.

Did I tell you my mother and my step son’s birthday was just yesterday and day before. Sometimes, I feel like I am just fighting to stay afloat. Plus, we are house hunting. So, it is a lot.

I promise I will be back writing, with so much content. I have some in the cue already. I am truly just trying to balance life and living. I swear my life just went into the Twilight Zone leaving Seattle, Washington, and finally getting to Dallas, Texas. Then every thing after. It literally gave me another ulcer. I hadn’t had an ulcer in some years. But this level of stress my tummy couldn’t take. Compound it with the devastating loss of Veda.

But, I am here for you. I do post quite often on Leila World Blog Facebook Page. So please check that out. I tend to be quite funny there, and informative.
