After all the finger pointing. This is what we know. Actual facts on who, and where Charlie Kirk’s killer is, and about his life.

It is all so very sad, disturbing, and just heart breaking. Maybe, we can try and have real conversations now, or hopefully soon. Because the blame game is EPICALLY failing us ALL. It is time to heal, listen, speak, listen some more, grow, and evolve.

Who said “time waits for no one?”

The phrase “time waits for no man” evolved from the proverb “time and tide wait for no man,” which was written by Geoffrey Chaucer in the Prologue to the Clerk’s Tale around 1395. The saying emphasizes that time passes relentlessly and cannot be controlled or stopped.

The same can be said for Evolution. Like the stars above, planets away, and Universes beyond our conceptual grasp, time moves and evolves for all.

We can and must turn this, and so much current darkness around. It obviously can’t, and won’t always be sunny and roses, but there most definitely are so many, many, different shades of grey. Oh, and no, I am not speaking of the sexy boots kind either (hope that made you smile at least). Remember laughter is good for the soul, even if just a smile.

Remember, not all shades of grey look so dark they appear black, some look blue, yellow, green, red, orange, white, and pale. The same as life itself, so many levels of emotions we have. We can, if we choose to, disagree on things, obviously not every thing, yet still agree on the value of our species. On life itself. This rock, and all beyond. For that is just facts. Tangible and infinite.

We can choose to respect people’s opinions, even when we disagree. We can choose to elevate and support each other. We can choose to move forward, learn, progress, and evolve.

They call that free will.

It is time we start choosing eachother. Time to heal. Time to stop living in the past that we can not change. But instead, in the now, which we can live, enjoy, love, be grateful for. Plan for a future. A bright, hopeful, explorative, evolving, adapting future.

For time, the most valuable commodity we have, I guarantee you waits for no one. Why not live your best life in this moment now. Appreciate just breathing. Stop blaming. Start healing.

Myself included. I wake up every day and am grateful. Another day of infinite possibilities and hope. I also wake up with struggles not to be overtaken with sadness of those I miss.

This year marks my first year without my aunt Veda. I lost her in April. Yet it feel like yesterday. Her birthday is September 19th. My dads (daddy and my step dad) passed right before and right after my bday, same year, 3 years ago. Yet, I miss them both so much. I have friends fighting hard, for another day, more days. More days to just love and live.

Sorrow and darkness is part of evolution, however, it is not who and what we are made of as a whole. We are made up of so much more. So much light. So much curiosity and fascination. So much positivity. It literally defines part of our atoms.

So, I am actively working on living in the NOW. Trust me, it isn’t always easy. Hell, living in the moment and now is way harder than living in the past, or even the future. But, fuck it, it is worth every bit of it. For yesterday, I can not change. Today, I choose not to control, or even think I can control all that happens in my life. Today, I am ok with that. But it wasn’t easy, it isn’t easy, and still is a daily effort. Sometimes, an hour by hour case. But, I sure and hell can try and make the best of the day that life has given me. I can choose to do that. So I am, I will, and I can.

Thus, I am grateful.
