It’s getting to the point where I really don’t like this time of year. It brings out the worst in people. I seriously blame the Internet and violent video games, the media, and even some of these reality shows. It seems like most of these perpetrators are young 20 something year olds or late teens young men who live in a fantasy world and are trying to create their world into a reality at the cost of so many innocent people.

This is homegrown terrorism. I simply don’t think any developing brains, or for that fact anyone, should be exposed to these crazy violent venues. I don’t understand why we need these extremely violent games or websites. I also can’t stand the way the media glamorizes these people of these crimes. Thus, also creating copycat criminals looking for 15 minutes of murder induced fame, infamy. I just don’t get what is so freaking horrible in someone’s head and life, that they feel the need to kill innocent people randomly, or even not so innocent people, especially, children. It’s such a sad freaking day. The world is hard enough, there is no sanctuary anymore. I seriously don’t think I could be a parent and be sane. I would be worried out of my mind. Everyday, I pray for all my family’s kids and all my friends’ kids, that they are safe and happy, as well as their parents. I even pray for strangers. The world has changed so much for the worse.
