Wednesday’s breakfast of champions 🙂

My version of a Southwestern Omelet: 2eggs, garlic powder,  chili powder, sea salt, cracked pepper, tablespoon of water. Filled with, extra sharp cheddar cheese, green bell pepper (sliced really thin), green onion, chopped Canadian bacon, deli thin sliced Black Forest ham. Topped with Hampshire sour cream, hot picante, and my homemade pickled jalapeños.

Hash brown. Maple bacon.
