Ok, here it goes.  2 thin hamburger & hot sausage blend patties, seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder, organic curry powder, and liquid mesquite smoke. Make one patty, place gorgonzola cheese and jalapeño bacon bits in center. Put second patty on top, seal edges. I pan fried. Fresh baked sweet buns (from bakery, like King’s Hawaiian). Olive oil mayo, Dijon mustard, shredded iceberg lettuce, 2 pieces maple bacon, super thin sliced white onions, burger, vine ripened tomato, Haas avocado,  a little more iceberg for looks, bun
