Well the guys requested what they had yesterday. I on the other hand wanted an omelet.

This is my folded omelet: 1 slice maple bacon, extra sharp cheddar, green onion, tarragon, Hampshire sour cream, sea salt, coarse black pepper, 2 eggs, bacon fat (I use very little, but I tend to make my omelets the French style, instead of American [with butter or non-stick spray]). Side: 1 slice maple bacon.

It was devine. =-)
