This of course means I’m happy, even if I am crazy busy 🙂

My husband and my brother in law had no idea that I used to be a baking minx. What can I say, we’ve lived in TX most of our marriage, not exactly a baking weather place. Can’t wait to get back home in Cali or Lake Tahoe! 🙂 So I basically said, “eff it”, I feel like baking and doing some of my more creative dishes (after 11 years of marriage, lol).

So, I’m starting them off with muffins. I started with Dark Chocolate Chunk, Dark Chocolate Chip Chocolate Muffins, with Walnuts, covered with Dark Chocolate Frosting. Then I made fresh Banana Walnut Spiced Muffins. Next I made Fresh Blueberry and Walnut muffins. Last night I made Spiced Fresh Carrot, Walnut, and White Chocolate Muffins. My next one will be, German Chocolate Cake Muffins with Coconut Center and Coconut Flakes (on top) muffins. What can I say. They are great with coffee, and when we are running out the door with yogurt or bacon or a protein shake. Plus, they make a good dessert. My next set of baing treats, I think I’ll start making sticky buns and fresh hand made pasta.

I’m just laughing, because they have no idea just how good I am. I’ll keep you posted. Here are some of my dishes since Thanksgiving to today.
