So I know I haven’t posted in a while. Been super super busy. Here are some of my dishes from this past week.
Seasoned Angus beef, aged baby swiss, Haas avocado, with bold steak sauce, romaine lettuce, roma tomato, olive oil mayo, on a toasted sesame bun, with seasoned fries, and sea salt.
Parma cheese & chilli powder lightly breaded chix breast, cooked in olive oil, topped salad of romaine, Haas avocado, green onion, red onion, cucumber, roma tomato, Bob’s Big Boy Blue Cheese dressing, sea salt, cracked pepper.
Fresh mozzarella, roma tomato, fresh tarragon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, garlic, pepper salad.
Carne Asada beef and chilies burrito with green chili sauce side salad (I duplicated a local restaurant’s recipe).
So happy to finally cooking again. It’s so therapeutic 🙂
