Being from Los Angeles, with most of my family and friends still there, it is absolutely freaking time!!!! That being said, I don’t know how it will affect nature. More storms suddenly, earthquakes, wildlife. But, they gotta control almond growth and just plain old fashion STOP FRACKING!!! But, since that’s not likely to happen, desalination, seems more plausible.
