1 small banana
4 ounces Kale
1 teaspoon fiber
2 tablespoon milled flax seed
2 tablespoons Mio Protein Powder (low carb)(unsweetened)
8 ice cubes
4 packs SteviePut in Blendtec, Vitamix, Ninja or powerful blender. Blend until smooth.Makes 48 ounces. I split it in 2 drinks and drink it breakfast and lunch. If you can drink it all at once, go for it. Super healthy.
