What a crock of bull. They pay their execs better than midas with super parachute packages and bonuses. They are just being greedy.

That is on the companies being greedy. I own a k-cup coffee company and used to own a bbq sauce company. I most assuredly can tell you it is their imbalance of pay. Their overhead is moderately low. It is the manufactures and producers that end up eating the spoilage most of the time. Plus, manufactures pay for shelf, location, and part of overhead, not including part or all of shipping. Then in the pandemic, grocery stores scored big, because everyone had to have individual food at home instead of group shopping at a restaurant or event or such. They are simply being greedy.

Plus, those employees literally were and are being mass exposed to the virus, and freaking abuse from non masker wackos. They deserve hero pay.

Then to top it off, there really aren’t that many employees at a mid to large size grocery store. So they truly are full of it. So, GREED!
