Custom Protein Energy Nut Blend:
Cashews, Peanuts, Dried Cranberries, Raisins, Dark Chocolate M&M, Peanut M&M, Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Brazil Nuts, Pecans, Sunflower Seeds
I’m a really fussy aka particular eater. So, I buy my nuts, dried fruits (I do make them too), and M&Ms, either from the local farmers market, grocery store (Safeway, Town and Country Market, or Central Market), http://www.Amazon.com, or http://www.Nuts.com. I’m always looking for the freshest, most nutrient, flavorful, ways to eat healthy.
I also add a little Iodized Sea Salt. Both for flavor impact, and blood sugar balance and nutrient processing. Your body needs Iodine to process and work properly.
Open the highlighted link to learn why Iodine is fundamental to the body’s Brain, Organs, Thyroid, and more:
- Swelling in Neck
- Weight Gain
- Fatigue and Weakness
- Hair Loss
- Dry Flakey Skin
- Feeling Colder than Usual
- Changes In Heart Rate
- Trouble Learning and Remembering
- Problems During Pregnancy
- Heavy or Irregular Periods
- and more
By adding Iodized Sea Salt, this also converts my food with electrolytes. Electrolyte balance is essential for working out and exercising, basically any time you sweat. When you sweat, you deplete your natural Electrolytes.
Nuts are not just great source of protein, but healthy fats, B-6, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Omegas, Vitamin E and various nutrients for different parts of the body. Also, different nuts have different specific nutrients.
My next batch I’m going to add pistachios. A great nut for men’s prostates, and health in general for both sexes. I will also be adding dried blueberries. You might want dried strawberries. Even coconut.
I also added Chili Powder to deliver some of these nutrients most effectively. Any pepper with Caspian works in this capacity.
Always remember nuts are not a low calorie food. The same with dried fruits, they also have natural sugar, mine are no sugar added. I also only use Dark Chocolate, less sugar, higher nutrients and antioxidants.
Keeping you in the know and healthy. I’ll write another post about some of the nutrients and properties of these food, for your convenience. I am. Firm believer in eating proper nutrients, but having balance. It is all about portion control and feeding your body what it needs, not just why you want.
Manga. Stay healthy.
