So, I was mulling around putting a spin on my tacos. I happened to have some left over bacon I made for lunch, so I ended up giving this my little spin with even a little Asian fire, by using Sirracha Sauce, instead of a more traditional taco sauce. But, I did use a spicy Avacado Cream Sauce too.
Seasoned Ground Beef, Hickory Bacon, Roma Tomatoes, White Onions, Cilantro, Avacado Cream Sauce, Hampshire Sour Cream, Extra Hot Sirracha, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
It was delish, all the flavors really balanced out, as well as the heat. Plus, they look pretty.
