



My recipe makes about 60oz.
Basically
- 1 banana
- 3 carrots
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 13 pieces or 1/2 frozen Avacado
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seed
- Previously made and cooled black tea. I make 2 bags black tea (for the caffeine and antioxidants) about 16 oz. I add one bag of Laci Le Beau Tea with my black tea (cleanser/detox tea) [OPTIONAL]
- Alive Ultra Shake Vitamins & Fiber Pea Isolate Vanilla Powder
- 2 tbsp Tummeric
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- Stevia or Sweetener to taste
- Cayenne Red Pepper Ground
- 2 tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg
- Ice to preferred texture.
Will need blender. Blend thoroughly until fine. Add more tea or water if too thick.
Will be spicy, not hot.
I drink 24 oz to 30 oz. Still really low calorie, very healthy. Great for your entire body.

Note: If adding any Laci Le Beau Tea or trimming tea with Senna, please use caution, as you could need a bathroom in 2 – 4 hours. Possibly sooner. Follow cautions on box. Senna is a natural laxative.
