I use Vanilla flavored Protein Powder.
Since I make a full pitcher of smoothie, my measurements are larger. I use Premium Matcha Green Tea Powder.

I have put below some of the products I use. I also included a Peppers and Scoville Chart for your understanding.

I only listed the ingredients, simply because I prefer to cook based upon individual taste. I like my smoothies packed with big bold flavors and spicy.

(You can use anywhere from black pepper to red pepper. Pepper itself helps absorbtion of nutrients. Cayenne also aids in Thermogenics and circulation. I like it super hot. A base red Cayenne is approximately 40,000.)
