Cooking again. In my happy place. Homemade Avacado Lime Salsa Verde Baked Shredded Chicken Tacos w/ Red Onion, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Roma Tomato, Avacado Tomatillo Salsa, in Flour Tortillas and Corn Tortillas. Homemade Habanero Sauce.
Yummy stuff. I slow baked my Chicken Breast at 250° for a couple of hours, to really absorb that flavor. First, I seared the seasoned chicken, then made my baking sauce. Combine Chicken Breast and sauce in a Dutch Oven (or covered baking pan). Bake. Remove whole fully cooked breast from sauce. Shred chicken separately from sauce. Make tacos. Pour a teaspoon or more of sauce on tacos. I added some homemade Habanero Sauce too. Enjoy.
