As you know we leave for our adventures this weekend, hopefully. Weather permitting. Therefore, time to either consume, freeze, or toss, refrigerator consumables that will go bad, before I/we get back.

This adventure excursion, we are putting the furry babies in a furry babies hotel. This will give us a chance to explore and set up. Then we’ll be home a couple of weeks, and then we all travel back to the islands, most likely. All with the goal of all of us being back in the islands, the second, or third time. All, meaning, us and the furry babies. We have some business to attend to in Washington, so this is a staggered process.

That brings me to emptying out the fridge & freezer, and most of the pantry. Plus, emptying the house into categories. Moveables, sellables, donations, and trash. We’ll know more once we start this adventure.

So expect to see lots of cooking and pictures.
