As you know I’ve been packing, selling, and donating like some crazy woman for weeks, plus allergies, so I haven’t been cooking. Well, since we will be here for at least a few more weeks, my allergies are doing a bit better, and things are coming together, guess what? I cooked.
That is definitely one of my very happy places. Most of the kitchen is packed, except essentials. But, I can still make it work.
So, tonight’s dinner:
Pre made 5 Cheese Tortellini, Homemade Alfredo Parma Pesto with Homegrown Fresh Basil. My hubby’s not a big fan of cooked shrimp, but I am! So, on my plate is Argentine Red Shrimp 16-20ct with my Homemade Alfredo Parma Pesto Sauce and 5 Cheese Tortellini.
