A man saw a snake being burned to death and decided to take it out of the fire. When he did, the snake bit him causing excruciating pain. The man dropped the snake, and the reptile fell right back into the fire.
So, the man looked around and found a metal pole and used it to take the snake out of the fire, saving its life.
Someone who was watching approached the man and said: “That snake bit you. Why are you still trying to save it?”
The man replied: “The nature of the snake is to bite, but that’s not going to change my nature, which is to help.”
Do not change your nature simply because someone harms you. Do not lose your good heart, but learn to take precautions.
This parable truly hits home right this minute. As you know we are moving. This means we have things, items, to sell. This woman, who I do not know on Facebook Marketplace decides to ‘Troll’ me, and call me a scam for no reason. We are selling our TVs and other items. No biggie.
Meanwhile, she proceeds to try and berate me out of the clear blue. Once again, I have no idea who she is. Well, after reading enough of her nonsense, I had enough, and politely put her and her ‘Trolling Arse’ in place.
This harkins back to a prior post talking about Libras and their tempers. I wasn’t angry, just annoyed at being ‘Trolled’. Therefore, as I smiled, I swiftly told her ‘what time it was’, and put her in her place. Needless to say, she stopped ‘Trolling’ me immediately. I will not tolerate any of that insignificant nonsense. Just saying.
Thus, she was the snake, I didn’t cuss her out, or make her feel less than an inch tall. I handled it politely with a smile on my face, that made her running for the hills! Humph!
