Cooking from Full Circle, our Beneteau Oceanis 50, in Bimini Sands Marina on a beautiful day. Heading to North Bimini, to get some provisions before leaving to anchor at Mackie Shoal on Sunday, and arriving Chub Cay on Monday. Which is also our 19 year Wedding Anniversary. Feeling loving.

As Liveaboards, and traveling, it is so important to eat well, and remember to be creative. Today’s breakfast is Spicy Sausage and Egg Scramble, with Sirracha Sauce, Double Cheddar, and Spicy Jalapenos (which grow pretty easy on a boat – I’ll be doing that, tomato, and herbs in the next week or so and show you how).
