I am a huge fan of Matcha. Have been for years. The same with Chia Seeds, and Ginger. You can also add Cocoa Powder (I use Dark Cocoa unsweetened powder) in a lot of these recipes. You can also add Avocado to a lot of these recipes for nutrients, such as protein, good for you fats and more. I am quite the smoothie queen. Also, a bit of a health food freak.
I’ve also added some pictures of some of the specific products I like. I show here the brand Hoosier Hill Farms for Dry Honey. They make a large assortment of dry products that are absolutely WONDERFUL! However, when it comes to non Dry Honey, aka the gooey sticky type Honey, I ALWAYS recommend local honey. You can usually find it at your local farmers market or even local grocery store.
As for boaters, make sure to check out Hoosier Hill Farms brands. Their Dry Creamer and Dry Cheddar Cheese is delightful, compact, and stores very well. Oh, and I almost forgot, for Dry Milk, I recommend Nido. Have been drinking and using for years. Packed with flavor, right texture, and nutrients.
