As someone old enough to have seen the original in the theaters, and did, I am looking forward to this. I may not be a TC (Tom Cruise, and yes, I am an Iceman Fan, Val Kilmer) #1, or millionth fan, but, I still love great films, and story telling.
Hard to believe the original installment was released 36 years ago. Yep, I was in High School. I looking back at those times, it was definitely a fun time to be growing up. Fun or intense cinema, great music, great explosive creative energy.
I believe we will be arriving in Texas then. Kind of a fitting place to watch it if not back home in Los Angeles. Even though I will be watching it with my best friend and love of my life, wish we were watching it with my old gang in Westwood, or Woodland Hills, or Sherman Oaks. Feeling a little nostalgic.
Really happy to see it getting great reviews. If you see it before I do, please share your review, but, don’t share details, so the rest of us can take that walk down memory lane.
Looking forward to seeing this on the big screen.
