So, what most of you do not know, is Mr. Buches and I have hit land. Land ho for these sailor & road travellers. One of our boats are here now. The other still in Puerto Rico. So, we decided we are over being simply sea dwellers. We are selling both boats. Looking for a house. Will buy another boat, more of a cruiser power boat kinda thing. I’m thinking a 40-50′ Carver.
Meanwhile, we have a cute apartment while we take care of a billion things. That means I’M COOKING!!! WOO HOO!!! Happy place in a kitchen instead of a galley.
So I created The Leila Breakfast Salad. You could so do this with steak too. Maybe like a Fajita Breakfast Salad. Add steak strips, add avocado, add onion. More creations to come.
