So, I’ve been out of commission for a couple of weeks. First I was hacked on my Facebook Profile Page, and my Leila World Blog Facebook Page. It has been a complete nightmare!!!! I’m still working on those. Then, for the first time in DECADES I got Salmonella Poisoning from bagged Baby Spinach (not the one that I used in these pictures). I’m still on the mend from that! Ugh!!! Plus, I’m still being ‘sandbagged’ by Facebook fixing the situation. Trust me, I will be writing an ENTIRE piece on Facebook and this situation!

In the meantime, I did finally start eating, or at least cooking. Now, I’m slowly eating. This morning was my first whole meal. I made Huevos Rancheros, and yes, it was delish!
