It is order groceries day, and Huevos Rancheros brunch in my house. I am feeling much better. So I am COOKING!!!

I actually make my own Pickled Jalapeno. My blend for this batch is whole Garlic Clove, Ghost Pepper, Habanero Pepper, Jalapeño, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Vinegar and Tumeric. I also made the delicious Avocado Schmear, which is almost like a combo of Garlic Avocado Guacamole, Garlic Aoli, Lime and lots of seasoning.
