NEW SCAM ALERT!!!

This happened very recently to a friend of mine.

I was just scammed by people claiming to be part of Rockstar. They told me they wanted to put a wrap on my car. They said they would pay me $700 a week for 10 weeks. They told me to fill out a questionnaire and if I qualified they would send me a check to start the process. They sent me a check for $3990.99. They told me that they wanted me to take $700 for my first week and use the rest of the money on the wrap for my car. To have it installed and take it off. The check was fraudulent. This is a scam.
Please be careful. Wells Fargo is possibly closing my bank account because I deposited a fraudulent check.

Don’t answer phone calls unless you know the number. Do not answer emails unless you know the people who are emailing you. Trust very few. Another lesson learned by me.
