It was just brought to my attention today that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s children will have both of their Grandfathers with mug shots. Kushner’s dad is literally part of “The Wolf of Wall Street”, and now “Trump”. Talk about go big or go home. Talk about a family now known by super infamy. At least the Kennedy’s kept their crap on a one on one basis. Kushner went gangster on Real Estate and Wall Street; and well Trump, he is well Trump. Even his grandpa was a thief, and his father. Wow. I kinda feel sorry for those kids.
I mean those kids didn’t ask for any of this craziness. Even Ivanka is trying to extremely distance herself, and her immediate family (as in her kids and husband), from the situation.
Look…for me, I believe in voting for the best person, for each, and every individual job. I do not judge a group, Party, or a sum, by any one single part. That simply isn’t fair or right. Therefore when it comes time to vote, I choose no party affiliation. I vote candidate by candidate, bill, proposal, laws, and all, case by case.
I suppose in that sense, I am true to my birth sign in being fair, and balanced. A true Libra in some of my most basic decisions.
That being said, this isn’t about bashing any one person, place, or Party per se. This is simply stating public records, and known facts as massly reported, and recorded. Now let’s talk.
Let’s start with Jared Kushner’s dad. Meet todays #GrandpaCriminals, first person up:

Charles Kushner (born May 16, 1954) is an American real estate developer and disbarred former attorney. He founded Kushner Companies in 1985.
In 2005, he was convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering and was sentenced to two years imprisonment, which he served in the Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery. As a convicted felon he was also disbarred in three states. He later received a federal pardon issued by President Donald Trump on December 23, 2020.
His son Jared Kushner is the husband of Ivanka Trump and son-in-law of former President Donald Trump, during whose presidential administration he served as senior advisor from 2017 to 2021. He has 3 other children including Joshua Kushner and he is the father-in-law of Karlie Kloss.
Kushner Companies
In 1985, he began managing his father’s portfolio of 4,000 New Jersey apartments. He founded Kushner Companies – headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey – and became its chairman. In 1999, he won the Ernst & Young New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year award. At the time, Kushner Companies had grown to more than 10,000 residential apartments, a homebuilding business, commercial and industrial properties, and a community bank.
Criminal conviction
On June 30, 2004, Kushner was fined $508,900 by the Federal Election Commission for contributing to Democratic political campaigns in the names of his partnerships when he lacked authorization to do so. In 2005, following an investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, U.S. Attorney Chris Christie negotiated a plea agreement with him, under which he pleaded guilty to 18 counts of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering. The witness-tampering charge arose from Kushner’s act of retaliation against William Schulder, his sister Esther’s husband, who was cooperating with federal investigators against Kushner. Kushner hired a prostitute he knew to seduce his brother-in-law, arranged to record a sexual encounter between the two, and had the tape sent to his sister. He was sentenced to two years in prison. He served 14 months at Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery in Alabama before being sent to a halfway house in Newark, New Jersey, to complete his sentence. He was released from prison on August 25, 2006.
As a convicted felon, he was also disbarred and prohibited from practicing law in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
In her book Too Much and Never Enough President Trump’s niece Mary L. Trump wrote that Charles Kushner had given a speech in which he claimed that Ivanka Trump had only made herself worthy of inclusion in his family by committing to convert to Judaism, which Mary Trump found “a bit rich” given Kushner’s own past as a convicted felon.

Kushner received a federal pardon on December 23, 2020, by his son’s father-in-law, Donald Trump, citing his record of “reform” and “charity.”
New York City real estate
After being released from prison, Kushner shifted his business activities from New Jersey to New York City. In early 2007, Kushner Companies bought the 666 Fifth Avenue building in Manhattan for $1.8 billion. In August 2018, Brookfield Properties signed a 99-year lease for the property, paying $1.286 billion and effectively taking full ownership of the building.
As of the end of 2016, Kushner and his family were estimated to have a net worth of $1.8 billion. He has employed two fellow inmates he became acquainted with in prison.
Donations
Charles Kushner met personally with Harvard’s president and in 1998 donated $2.5 million to Harvard. His son, Jared, was then beginning his senior year of high school where he was not a particularly good student with test scores below Ivy League standards. Jared Kushner was admitted to the Harvard freshman class of 1999.
Before 2016, Kushner was a donor to the Democratic Party. He serves on the boards of Touro College, Stern College for Women, Rabbinical College of America, and the United Jewish Communities. Kushner has made other donations to Harvard University, Stern College, and United Cerebral Palsy. He donated to the Seryl and Charles Kushner Maternity Unit at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. He contributed to the funding of two schools, Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy and Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School, also in Livingston, and named them after his parents. Kushner Hall is a building that is named after him on the Hofstra University campus. The campus of Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Center is named the “Seryl and Charles Kushner Campus” in honor of their donation of $20 million.
In August 2015, Kushner donated $100,000 to Donald Trump’s Make America Great Again PAC, a super PAC supporting Trump’s 2016 campaign for the presidency. Kushner and his wife also hosted a reception for Trump at their Jersey Shore seaside mansion in Long Branch.
His escapades were to be presented literally in the movie ‘The Wolf of Wall”, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. When in hindsight is bizzare seeing how DiCaprio is actually quite an Environmentalist, and Activist, albeit the Activist part more of an anonymous type. But, a huge face forward Environmentalist. Quite the contrary to pretty much anyone in the movie. Oh, sorry about that, my mind was wandering a bit.
Now, next #GrandpaCriminal, disgraced Former President, Donald John Trump.
Well let’s start with the statement, apparently the former President is to report to New York to get booked on Tuesday! Apparently, just some of the charges include paying hush money to a Porn Star (Stormy Daniels), and to a Playboy Centerfold (Karen McDougal).
This doesn’t include upcoming charges from Georgia as current status is reporting:
Former President Donald Trump in a new court filing Monday sought to block potential prosecution of him and various allies for crimes related to his efforts to reverse his loss to President Joe Biden in Georgia’s 2020 election.
Trump asked a judge to quash the report of a special grand jury in Atlanta and to bar any evidence from that panel from being used to prosecute individuals.

Quite frankly it is just a matter of time before Hague (World Court), comes for him for Crimes Against Humanity. Just to define that for you:

e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law;

h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;
i) Enforced disappearance of persons;
j) The crime of apartheid;
k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.
2. For the purpose of paragraph 1:
a) ‘Attack directed against any civilian population’ means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;
Elements of the crime
According to Article 7 (1) of the Rome Statute, crimes against humanity do not need to be linked to an armed conflict and can also occur in peacetime, similar to the crime of genocide. That same Article provides a definition of the crime that contains the following main elements:
1) A physical element, which includes the commission of “any of the following acts”:
a) Murder;
b) Extermination;
c) Enslavement;
d) Deportation or forcible transfer of population;
e) Imprisonment;
f) Torture;
g) Grave forms of sexual violence;
h) Persecution;
i) Enforced disappearance of persons;
j) The crime of apartheid;
k) Other inhumane acts.
2) A contextual element: “when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population”; and
3) A mental element: “with knowledge of the attack”
The contextual element determines that crimes against humanity involve either large-scale violence in relation to the number of victims or its extension over a broad geographic area (widespread), or a methodical type of violence (systematic). This excludes random, accidental or isolated acts of violence. In addition, Article 7(2)(a) of the Rome Statute determines that crimes against humanity must be committed in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit an attack. The plan or policy does not need to be explicitly stipulated or formally adopted and can, therefore, be inferred from the totality of the circumstances.
In contrast with genocide, crimes against humanity do not need to target a specific group. Instead, the victim of the attack can be any civilian population, regardless of its affiliation or identity. Another important distinction is that in the case of crimes against humanity, it is not necessary to prove that there is an overall specific intent. It suffices for there to be a simple intent to commit any of the acts listed, with the exception of the act of persecution, which requires additional discriminatory intent. The perpetrator must also act with knowledge of the attack against the civilian population and that his/her action is part of that attack.
Yep folks, just a matter of time. Whether he be alive or Posthumously. The law itself hasn’t clarified that. I suppose if done posthumously, it is to have accurate history stated as to actions and consequences, and the effects in past, and future history.
All that being said, he will most likely go down as one of, or the most infamous President of the U.S.A. in American History. For that fact, he’ll probably make the top 50 Most Infamous Leaders list of all time anywhere. Also, the top 500 Most Infamous People of All Time, at the rate he’s going. Talk about an Epic Fail!
To think, all of this blog piece started with a simple but factual semi-meme. When, you actually stop to think about the reality of a situation. Damn. Intense. I mean we can make fun of, declare fowl, raise our hands in glee, or whatever, but the times we are living in are downright precarious, and flat out dangerous.
The fallout alone from just this madness, could be catastrophic. People’s lives are being threatened, just for doing their jobs, others are being accused for acts they personally had no control or standing on, and threatened because of those decisions. A Nation is being torn apart by downright insanity. The Trading Markets don’t know what direction to play; and Day to Day expenses, living costs, are price gouging the everyday citizen that just wants a bit of happiness, and security.
So though I feel badly for those Kushner children, I feel badly for us all right now. We are in some serious shits, and we need to start shoveling to get out of it. I mean it is hard to focus on actual issues and real policies, because of the overshadowing of Politics and Political Figures. Something has got to change, or something is going to bust.
We also need to admit, no one is above the law of The People. As The Constitution states:

I believe all The People should read the ACTUAL Constitution. I also believe we need to seriously do some Amendments to The Constitution as it relates to modern advances in living technology, exploration, economy, and future growth. Not a “redo”, just an update. That being said, EVERYONE SHOULD READ THE ACTUAL CONSTITUTION.
