As we all talk about the Pandemic 15 (you know that 15lbs, a lot of people gained from quarantine). Here is a great healthy snack for all, unless you are allergic to peanuts or gluten. You can always substitute carob for choclate, or make a white chocolate top instead.
The key is to have at least some healthy alternatives in your arsenal. Since it looks like we will be with this pandemic for quite a while.
