So many people are dying here, and around the world. So little known about how it mutates. No known cure, and definitely, uncertainty surrounding a vaccine, and the safety of the vaccine, or the availability.
The least we can do is take preventive measures. ALL OF US!!! Until we do, we have to hunker down, take precautions, do preventive, be cautious, be conscientious.
The sooner we accept the fact this virus, and its future mutated viruses created from it, have ZERO DISCRIMINATIONS, and WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER, the sooner we can beat this.
What I mean by ZERO DISCRIMINATION is simple. This virus DOES NOT CARE about your AGE, SEX (M/F/whatever you identify as), RACE (color of skin), NATIONALITY (what country you are from), RELIGION, WHERE YOU LIVE, your JOB, OCCUPATION, WEALTH, TITLE and etc. It sure in hell, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND PEERS. This is why ALL of US need to take as many precautions as possible.
I hear practically a story, or several a week, of someone I know, knows someone who was either sick, gravely sick, or DEAD! The worst is none of them are talking about the same person or persons.
But, as we try to go back to the way things were socially, and economically, we have not taken the necessary actions to make this happen. Instead, we are seeing constant resurgence around the world. Our economy is a necessity, as is, human interaction and physical connection. I get that, but our new normal and future, will have to adapt to a new lifestyle and way of living.
I believe we can do it, and we must.
We are living in a time, where we have the internet, advance sciences and resources, advance communications, advance technologies, and delivery. We should truly applaud, and appreciate our front line people and their families. Those that are risking exposure, so others do not have to. Those who are taking care of those exposed, or infected. For, those people, are the ones who are saving lives, and easing pains. They are trying to help, give, lead, us in and through our new normality.
If we follow these simple guidelines, not only will we come back stronger, but we will have grown in new ways too. Closer to our family, new life skills, better and stronger economy, and new brighter era of innovations. But, it is going to take us acting together, to accomplish this.
This is not the first pandemic, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I prefer for the pain and suffering physically, mentally, economically, to stop or be minimum. I would also pray it not become our preventable extinction.
Remember, this is NOT ABOUT POLITICS, or NEWS STORIES, this is ABOUT PREVENTING ILLNESS, EASING PAIN, and SAVING LIVES. SAVING AS MANY AS WE CAN.
