I have provided a very simple recipe that works with practically all Squashes. There are so many fabulous recipes this Puree, or other Squashes can be used for.

I personally love Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Spice Cookies, and spicy cold Pumpkin Soup. Don’t even get me started on Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte, or Pumpkin Spice Coffee Latte. But, there is also Baby Food, Pumkin Pasta, Pumpkin Ravioli, Pumpkin Risotto to name a few.

This also applies to other Squash types. A fabulous Squash Puree can be the base for so many wonderful dishes. Especially a delicate fish, Scallops, Steak, Lamb, Chicken, Soups, Gravies, Salad Dressings, even Stuffings. Don’t forget Ice cream, Protein Shakes, Smoothies, Pumkin Spice Butter, Frozen Yogurt, Candies, Muffins, Adult Beverages, and more, the possibilites are endless. Even a Pumpkin Pie Martini, yummy!

You may also use Pumpkin Puree for other purposes too. Pumpkin Puree works great in a face mask. Google for various Pumpkin Face Masks Recipes. Choose the appropriate DIY (Do It Yourself aka Homemade) Pumpkin Puree Mask Recipe (usually includes honey, or milk, or yogurt, or any combination) for your skin type and needs.

A Few Other Tips and Facts:

1) If your pooch has an upset stomach, constipation, or diarrhea, give him/her some Pumpkin. Pure Pumpkin Unsweetened Puree will treat these situations in mild to regular cases. All other cases call your Veterinarian.

3) Pumpkin is a great source for fiber, help regulate sugar consumption in blood, promote smooth digestion for humans.
