As you may, or may not know, I am not a fan of chicken. Never have been. However, once a month or two, I’ll eat chicken. Usually, I cook it, or it is Rotisserie Chicken. Maybe, once a year or two, I’ll eat fried chicken. Definitely not a fan of fried foods either.
All that being said, I take chicken breast, sear them, and then simmer in various sauces and shred. Or, I shred Rotisserie Chicken, for Chicken Tacos or Chicken Enchiladas, and sometimes a creamy noodle soup. However, since we eat very little chicken, it is a no go on buying chicken anytime soon.
For all of you many chicken lovers, this article is definitely for you. Take precautions, and stay healthy.
