Having lived on a boat, and in homes filled with sealed wood, with puppies doggies, and a cat, I have found a 1/5 to 1/4 mixture of Distilled Vinegar to Water, does wonders, plus, non poisonous to animals or children.

So, 20-25% Distilled Vinegar and 80-75% water.
