2-BITE PIZZA PEPPER POPPERS đ đ¶
5 mini peppers, sliced in half
1/2 cup marinara
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
Mini pepperoni
Drizzle peppers with olive oil. Stuff with sauce, cheese and pepperoni!
Pop these babies in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes! Enjoy!
A healthier way to have pizza for snack or meal.
You could substitute the pepperoni for bacon, and/or sausage, top with egg. Enjoy. Feel free to be creative and make it your way.
