We don’t eat much chicken, however, I LOVE THIS PRESENTATION and ALL OF THESE SOUND DELISH!!! My husband won’t eat anything on the bone, so I will have to debone his, but I will make mine this way. When we entertain, I will definitely be presenting on the bone.
What I really like about these is they work as an appetizer, or main course. Casual eats presentation, all the way to Fine Dining eats presentation. Like all chicken, so many ways to cook, flavor, present. Which one will you try? Will you bake? Grill? Fry? Air Fry? Wok cook? Combo cook? All should be delish.
On a side note, you could also try an ‘Everything Seasoning’ flavor, or ‘Ranch Flavor’, or ‘Sriracha Flavor’, or ‘Ghost Pepper’. I say go big in flavor, or don’t do it at all! I’m a spicy heat kinda girl.
Years ago while living in Santa Barbara, we ate at a restaurant that had ‘Ghost Pepper Fondue’. So that gets me thinking, a ‘Ghost Pepper Lollipop Chicken’, with ‘Parmesan Ranch Drizzle’, or, ‘Gorgonzola (or Blue Cheese) Drizzle’, topped with Maple Bacon Bits or Hickory Bacon Bits, and Chives. Served with a side of Truffle Fries? Or, Skillet Potatoes w/ Bell Pepper, and Onions?
I say be creative.
Below I have several videos of Lollipop Chicken Wings, and Lollipop Chicken Legs. Be Creative. Remember these videos are meant to inspire. All recipes are meant to inspire, and cook to one’s personal taste. God knows, I come from the ‘Pinch of this, pinch of that’ recipe school.
I hope you enjoy these as much as we will. Please let me know if you try any of these, and what version, and how you cooked it. Great food is meant to be shared.
