What planet did they think this was ok? Acceptable? Not quality of life risking? Or a death sentence?

I also want to know who was collecting these USED CONDOMS? I mean can you imagine a job title of used condom cleaner? And, how and where did they acquire these used condoms??? 🤣🤣🤣 👀 👁👁
